Thanks
for making our inaugural conference in 2000 such a success.
We had attendees from 20 of the United States, 3 Canadian
provinces, and 3 European countries...not bad for a first
year! And the overall feedback on our keynotes, MiniLabs,
speakers, and facilities was highly positive...outstanding,
in fact, for a first performance! We are
delighted to offer a program similar in scope to our previous
program, including: - Over
40 sessions,
including 16 hands-on MiniLabs
- Experts
on tools such as FrameMaker, RoboHELP, ForeHelp, and
WebWorks Publisher
- Experts
on technologies such as XML, CSS, distance learning,
web-based training, online help
- Experts
on processes
such as structured writing, indexing for online information,
preparing information for global markets
- Keynote
Dr. Colin Ware, author of Information Visualization
and Director of
- Keynote
Dr. Deborah J. Mayhew,
pioneer in usability engineering and author of several usability
books including The Usability Engineering Lifecycle
We will
again be hosted by Boston University's Corporate Education
Center in Tyngsboro, Massachusetts, offering state-of-the-art
facilities in a rural setting! Our reasonable conference price,
which includes everything from labs to sessions to hot lunches
and the Monday evening reception, continues to be $599. The conference
proved to be a great incubator for creative thinking as well
as tool, technology, and process skills enhancement...something
your whole group can benefit from...so I look forward to seeing
you there! Sincerely,
